Going for some #wattage while #cycling is a good way to chase away some angst. After a slow warmup made slower because I was strugglimg with my right clip, I finally got going on 10 sets of 2:30/1:30. I did the same hilly loop in my neighborhood of about 2 miles 5-6 times. Sometimes I was pushing hard up a hill on the 2:30s and sometimes I was flying downhill. So the speeds were up and down but the power was pretty consistent.
