I love writing. Thing is just to write fanfiction, I gotta be in the mood. I was able to publish once a week on fanfiction.net because I was a student and I took Tuesday nights to write and Wednesday nights to proof read. Thursday was publishing day. Now matter what. I aced my finals btw.
But ever since finishing school I have been struggling. I've taken up work as a journalist and when you are writing all day, you really don't feel like writing in the evenings too. Combine that with changed life circumstances (I have friends now!!!) and a new living situation and boom.
I am still creative. I still create elaborate stories in my head. I am currently curating a thousands of words long fanfiction across multiple millennia. While keeping my existing stories in mind.
But writing? That's hard.
I have thought about dictating my stories. But then I need to go back and edit and get everything in order.
I just wish you he juices would flow again like they used to. Good old times.
