Sono una cittadina comune che "fa politica" nella realtà, nei modi appropriati: pratico la disobbedienza civile. Quando "c'è qualcosa che non va" attorno a me, mi faccio carico del problema anche se non mi riguarda personalmente: vado di persona a mediare con gli enti preposti e risolvo ogni questione con la logica, argomentando al meglio. Per tali motivi, mi sono trovata spesso molestata da persone intolleranti (moraliste): soggetti asociali, fortemente religiosi, che non praticano l'Etica.
In questo MIO spazio sono graditi SOLO UTENTI MAGGIORENNI (niente minorenni che fregano l'identità ai parenti, grazie); e NIENTE BOOMER: cioè gente malata di mente che rivendica il "Ai miei tempi".
Gli Ai-Miei-Tempi di ogni età non sono graditi in linea generale sui social, perché essendo responsabili del crollo sociale ed economico italiano per la loro incapacità di progredire nel tempo, imparando anche a fare cose nuove importanti, devono riparare ai danni fatti e non cazzeggiare sui social.
Non sono graditi nel MIO SPAZIO nemmeno i radical chic, i terzomondisti, le persone che si fingono di sinistra, i credenti in generale e chi crede nel multiculturalismo - come se esistessero più modi per comportarsi in modo civile (ne esiste solo uno e si chiama Etica!), perché io faccio parte di quelle persone che rischiano il culo da decenni nella realtà per aggiustare i danni compiuti da una generazione di boomer fortemente egoisti e totalmente rincoglioniti: io non cazzeggio nella realtà.
Nei social, quanto nella realtà, al massimo possiamo interagire con un piccolo gruppetto ben scelto per creare un'atmosfera intima e piacevole; non mi prefiggo nessun largo seguito con questo account quanto per il mio blog, perché io non sono il capo di una setta per hobby o per business sui poveri e fragili (come lo è il Papa; come lo è chiunque sia a capo di una religione o associazione "per la carità"), non ambisco a diventarlo: non vendo nulla e nessuno, e non mi vendo a niente e a nessuno.
Previously you mentioned each person's 'job' on the ship, and two of them I can see: Sam is the cabin boy which just equates to workbitch but is a job, and Alex is captain in so far as they're the designated leader, but do we ever actually see Atea or Talus doing their job? The only time I remember Talus handling food was one time him tagging along to buy ingredients (which others were there to do the actual purchasing anyways), and all Atea ever does is sexually harass Alex and bully Sam (which seems to be a ship-wide job), also maybe it's ignorance of the operation of a naval vessel on my part but why do you need a dedicated first mate on a crew consisting of only four people?
There’s an occasional mention or scene here and there(as well as one short animatic that is actually fairly well animated)that shows Talus cooking or serving food, and to be somewhat fair to Dobson, I’m not quite sure how you could only visually portray the job of “first mate” to Atea, but you are very right that you never actually see her do something that could be considered part of her job.
She is essentially second in command, but I guess all that really entails is bullying, Sam, and being able to get away with being a dirty pervert to Alex(which is apparently 100% okay and even a good thing because she’s a lesbian, going off Dobson logic).

I saw some comics whenever Dobby shares a comic to anyone, they said "I like Atea!" as if she was planned to be a breakout character. Yet people who read it here hate her for being a sex offender. Wonder if Dobby knew how people felt.
To be somewhat fair, there are plenty of “pervert characters” that are really popular or enjoyed by people.
A big reason Atea gets called out so much is due to how hypocritical Dobson is about it, along with acting as if all the perverted things she does isn’t actually perverted at all because lesbians or whatever Dobson’s reasoning is.
How the fuck do you pronounce Atea?! Is it, like, Ah-tea or Uh-tea-uh or am I just completely off the mark?

I’ve been saying Ah-tay-uh personally, but I’m not really sure what Dobson intended the pronunciation to be.
Dobson couldn't even come up with a name for Atea's species; he just describes her as a "rat-person." Just like how Talus is a "dog-person." This is how unimaginative he is. But was Atea being a "rat-person" ever even brought up in the series at all?
I think it shows up in “Legends” during a flashback bit, but I’m not 100% on that.
