Free Translation of Tay al-Ard/Kefitzat Haderech/Traveling long distances magic.
I have a different version of this copied from another person here but if you read below, I will offer a free translation of the above page. The only two things I would note is that above manuscript version from the library in Zanzibar is probably the original version of the method I am offering in ko-fi, second point and I would emphasize this as I have said before is that these manuscript methods or techniques need a frame ritual. You can find a framing rite like this one , or you can use the two "frames" that JSK put in The Sworn and Secret Grimoire: Consecratio Dei, Invocatio, Constrictio, Ligatio, Licensia or the Modern one: Banishings, Purifications, Consecrations, Oath & Confession, Invocations, Charge to the Spirit, and Closing. Crowley’s Magick In Theory and Practice Ch XIII-XVII deals with them in detail. Without further rambling below you will find the fragment on folding the earth that you can reconstruct yourself. I will add any necessary illustration and fill in any missing Quranic verses. The method in the ko-fi link mentions using knife to draw the divine names, orienting toward setting/rising sun and the orientation seem to be indicative here too.
Following is a method I translated originally from an omani manuscript on traveling long distances using a steel knife and Quran verses. The
A Chapter if you wanted to fold the earth(Tried and Tested)
Start by Ghusl(full body ritual bath and washing), clean clothes, and pray two rakat/prayers(with the intention of folding the earth).
Write the following divine names on the earth/ground below you, start by writing a line then write the divine name on it. "كهيعص حمعسق" ka-ha-ya-ayin-sad Ha-Mem-Ayin-Seen-Qaf
Write on your right hand the following verse "By the [name of the higher intelligence/malik/angel of this days]"
On your left hand you will write "By the [name of the lower intelligence/خادمservant /angel of this days]"
Then you will start crossing the line back and forth. 3 times like this(see below image)
5.1 First time you cross the line forward you will say the following Quranic Verse (only the bold part)
Glory be to the One Who took His servant by night from the Sacred Mosque to the Farthest Mosque whose surroundings We have blessed, so that We may show him some of Our signs. Indeed, He alone is the All-Hearing, All-Seeing.
5.2 Second time you cross back to your original spot and say the following verse: (6:73)
قَوْلُهُ ٱلْحَقُّ ۚ وَلَهُ ٱلْمُلْكُ
His command is truth. All authority is His ˹alone˺
5.3 You will get back to your original position and say the following verse(not quranic?)
كهيعص حمعسق اكفقه الارض مشرقها و مغربها
Kāf Hā Yā Ain Sād. Hā Mīm Ain Sīn Qāf The earth split open it's East and West.
6. Last lift up both of your arms up and say the following prayer:
اللهم يازلي ان تعطيني مرادي
O Allah, O Everlasting, grant me my desire.
And thus you will arrive(to your destination) in the twinkling of an eye by the grace of Allah and prayer nad peace upon our prophet mohammed, his family, and companions.
That's basically the whole translation. I hope you like it and if you do try it I would be happy to hear how it goes :P, I got a few weird omens when I was planning to try it but I backed off from it.
To Translate a partial of this table, if you want to write it on your hands.

Islam has been, for the most part, a pain in my life. It has brought me a lot of pain, confusion, guilt, and internal conflict, it has also ruined my relationships with people who consider themselves better Muslims and are here to force me into becoming their version of Islam. They represented Islam to me, so I hate them both.
I walked away from Islam gradually, the separation was like when a relationship goes stale and you feel you need to pull yourself into yourself. Part of me still can't believe my audacity, how much of a non-believer I am. My family could never imagine.
Then when I thought I reached my furthest point, and finally started to connect with a higher power(s) in a more genuine way, I was flabbergasted to find it.
That book, that gave me so many sleepless nights, that formed the ideals of the Shari'a law, is now I discover is a book of magic. Pure magic... the Arabic language and its letters hold secrets that I feel blessed for the first time probably to be an Afro-Arab. I've always shunned the Arabic side of my identity but never failed to mention the African side. Now I realize how lucky and blessed I am. I've been scouring Youtube for months, for love potions and protection spells and I have just found out that the secret to everything is that book, that I've only brought it to my home here in Canada, because it was all pink, so I consider it an art piece and a souvenir from Egypt.
I am going back to Islam. Who would've thought... the religion that everyone in my new life knows that I despise. The mention of Islam makes me shudder sometimes... all I can think of is women, who are a version of me being lashed for doing something I did myself so many times. The only difference is that I never got caught.
The Quran is a book of magic...literally.
To go through the journey of Islam once more, but this time making my own path is both frightening and exhilarating. But that's where the road has led me, so I will keep going.
The concept of "chthonic" gods have long lingered in the midsts of magical practices. Hekate herself is often referred to as chthonic and the term, literally "subterranean", refers to gods and beings that come not just from under the earth, but from a time before the current order of the universe was established.
Saturn, a deity with a wide cultural appeal that spans much more than the Greco-Roman eras from which it is commonly derived, has become a focus for those looking to find a being whose origins are in many ways similar to the Luciferian path, but without the Abrahamic inclinations and Judeo-Christian mindset involved in the devotion of Lucifer itself.
As Saturn has become a kind of contemporary magical stand-in for the Lord of Darkness, harkening to an age that predates the Christian mythos, a wide selection of material based around the Saturnine figure has emerged over the past several decades.
In his insightful volume "The Cult of the Black Cube" author Arthur Moros gives us a brilliant analysis of the Saturnine path, illuminating some of the variables that have historically found root in Saturn as a deity surrounded by devotional and magical practices.
A concise text that begins with an historic overview and personal insights from the author the work ends with a practical grimoire for those who are interested in practicing along the path of Saturn.
Drawing extensively on the Arabic texts of the "Ghayat al Hakim" (the Picatrix) and the "Filaha al-Nabatiyya", "The Cult of the Black Cube" is as much a warning to the would be devotee as it is an instruction on how to proceed.
The traditions that have long surrounded Saturn and his surrogates involved a kind of temporal darkness of the mind that may ward off those not prepared for such an intensive path - involving blood sacrifice, emotional insecurity and stages of complete mental alienation.
The work presented in "The Cult of the Black Cube" is a straightforward introduction to Saturn as a practical devotional deity through which a follower may access the Saturnine Gnosis of the Black Cube, that physical manifestation of the "prison" in which Saturn has been bound and from which he may be called.
While Moros gives us some useful meat on which we may feast in terms of Saturn as a global idea rooted in many cultures throughout the world, I did wonder at his lack of reference between the "Black Man" that is conjured forth from the Black Cube idol, and the European idea of a "Black Man" as the center of the witch's sabbat. There is clearly a connection to be drawn between these cultural concepts that is overlooked. Though it in no way detracts from the book and its ideas, it is worth future exploration and investigation.
For students of the dark arts who find the Judeo-Christian setting of Luciferian Gnosis a bit heavy handed, The Cult of the Black Cube can provide a perfect remedy to those seeking the darkness of the benighted path.
As one can expect the publisher Theion have done an exceptional job with a dark blue cloth binding, silver stamped text on spine with Saturn sigil on the cover, and wonderful internal typesetting. As well the influence of editor David Beth is referenced in the text and it is clear he has had a hand in guiding these ideas and their author on his exploration of the chthonic path from which the Black Cube emanates.
Rumor is that the publisher is nearly out of the work, which means it will be out of print soon. It is a must have for students of Dark Gnosis, Saturnine practices and those looking for a solid alternative to the endless stream of Luciferian imagery in contemporary occultism. Get yourself a copy before they are gone.

The (Black Cube/Qareen) Shadow Double Binding Ritual
This will be ONLY the ritual procedure, if you want to read the theory of it then I recommend reading the posts below if you need to get an idea on it.
preliminary readings:
Saturn Square spell
Qareen in Arab Magical Literature and the Shadow in Greek Magical Papyri
Appendix to previous post: Shadow/Double as the time-space extension.
When you press read more below it will be JUST the procedure, and there's an assumption that you know what you're doing, accept the risk of it, and have the ability or skill to do this well.
Materials needed:
Frankincense,
Benzoin,
Myrrh
paper doll of person
(kardec) prayer book
Headless Rite written out or printed out
Jar
scissor
Instructions for the paper doll:
The head square will be the saturn square with offset of the person's "lucky number" + the "Black Cube" number calculated.
the chest square would the saturn square offset with the person's lucky number ALONE.
You will cut the head of the paper doll and tape it inside the jar while the body of the doll is taped outside the jar
There's a verse to be written on the neck space and it can be a protective verse from bible or Quran depending on your choice.
The left arm of the paper doll will have the Quran verse 37:7, for the right arm it will be an excerpt of the verse 2:255 (وَلَا يَـُٔودُهُۥ حِفْظُهُمَا ۚ) [ and the preservation of both does not tire Him. ]
The Legs, left leg will be 19:1 and right leg will be 42:1-2 [حمعسق ].
Now to give an example for the head and body square, let's say that the name of the person is "Sussy Baka" the lucky number for our special guest would be
S u s s y - 103
19 21 19 19 25
B a k a - 15
2 1 11 1
Total is 118.
Now you take the square of Saturn
for the BODY it will be
122 - 127 - 120
121 - 123 - 125
126 - 119 - 124
For the HEAD it will be the same PLUS 60('Black Cube')
182 - 187 - 180
181- 183 - 186
186- 179 - 185
Example Photo:
Baptize the paper doll:
Fumigate the room and the jar(by flipping it over the incense/censer) with Frankincense with Benzoin
recite the prayer "During the Judgement when before the sentence"
Then command the black cube of the person that they're welcome inside the jar, tell them that you want to elevate them and give them a better place.
PRAYER DURING THE JUDGEMENT WHEN BEFORE THE SENTENCE ( from Collection of Selected Prayers by Allan Kardec)
Almighty God. Supreme Justice; Infinite Bondage. In this critical moment I could fail. Your mission is more superior to the sad condition of a mortal condemned to material life by his defects. I humble in front of you with the grave burdens of my defects. I ask your clemency oh! Lord, and the ceremony of God spirits, to help me in this difficult act of my existence. Still in the delayed state of our world we considered it necessary for our social equilibrium.
Oh! my God, if in this deserted dwelling, the brother is obliged to judge his brother, because man's law demands it as a duty, your justice is also reflected in them, because this at the same time is a punishment deserved by our miseries and our moral delays. My soul suffers oh! God, feels his brother, and in the necessity to fulfill a duty which will set me in the destiny, I pray to you, oh! celestial Father, I implore your grace, judge me first and with the repentance of my own faults, permit me to elevate myself to your infallible tribune with a pure conscience, and that your radiant light descend over me, and make me see with clarity the fault of he who I condemn, and the causes which make him have trouble with justice.
Good spirits, and tutelar angel of mine, do not forsake me; protect also the accused one; let his spiritual guide defend him so that his imprisonment will be less heavy, and let his test be more pleasant to him. Help us all to supplicate our Lord, to give us merit in this life to come to the promised land, and by the betterment of our spirits, only God will be our judge, under whose shelter of infinite bondage we will be protected for eternal happiness.
Exorcise the Black Cube into the jar
Fumigate the jar with myrrh by letting it's face hover over the censer and letting the whole jar get the incense smoke inside of it. pull out your copy of headless rite
start charging the black cube like you're rushing it into the jar to be inside the jar and once you finish immediately close the jar and seal it, you can also wax it
Done!
That's basically the whole procedure and this post almost got me automatically terminated by tumblr's bot for some god unknown reason or something in my blog did it lol, anyway next post will be the actual interview between my volunteer W.F. and his experience after 40 days of having his shadow/black cube sealed into a jar(the one shown above)
My complaint/critique of "In Islamic Talismans, Repeat-Letter Ciphers Representing the “Greatest Name” Relate to an Early Prototype of the Seven Seals and may Link the Seals with the Pleiades"
To summarize my own rambling down there, I just personally felt he was shoehorning one set of symbol/seals into another set of symbol/seals and making a "connection" or origin story between them.
In Islamic magic, the Greatest Name of God is traditionally represented in graphic form by a series of seven glyphs known as the Seven Seals
The Seal of Great Name and the Pleiades Square are two different things.
*. The seven symbol seal/Solomonic Seal is based on the seven classical planets and even the poem itself that based on it focuses on planetary powers, if you asssume that the lunar mansions is a composite of elemental/planetary power then you wouldn't once use one of the Lunar Mansions "Al Thurayyā" specifically to lord over spirits, you would be using A symbol that: have all elemental powers combined in it, all planetary powers combined in it, all lunar mansions combined in it. Even if he wanted to use one then it would be Kochab, Polaris, or Canopus(maybe?)
*. All esoteric (islamic occult) authors from Morroco to Iran make that "table" of planetary correspondences associated with that specific symbol's seven part.
2. Acronym LMQFNJL is clearly also planetary, I don't know why he skip over that. The same complaint that I have for #1 applies here because…? there's clearly a sevenfold division and related to planetary symbols, divine names, and powers and not because 7 = Pleiades
The dotted Cross connection doesn't even make sense because in some versions it is 7 and in most versions it is 4.
The Abjad Value argument for 7 Ayin instead of 7 Hamza, you can look below and see that any of the calculation with Abjad show different numerological value for the Solomonic Seal AND for the 5 Ha'at Seal.
The abjad value for ayn is usually 70 but in talismans may simply be 7 with both numbers clearly relating to the seven repetitions usual for the character in the ciphers. Since the abjad value of hamza is 1, it seems fairly certain that the repeated glyph is indeed an ayn.
Abjad value of the Solomonic Seal:
Abjad Value of the Five Ha'at/"Pleiades Square":
Abjad Value of Five Ha'at with Lloyd's Suggestion:
Abjad Value of the Five Ha'at full seal found in Al Buni's Manba's/Fountian of Wisdom:
His assumption of طير is correct but then he burned the food, how did he reach طت is related to burqan...., What if it means Tair wa'tat طير وطت a bird lowered herself/brought herself down.
I would go and say that his statement about the bird doesn't make sense, it is literally a hoopoe because of it is apotropaic power considering it is in healling talisman... you can see why would someone do image-magic with it.
I know that there's no conclusion in the end and that it ends abruptly, but I don't know what to say except that this is genuinely bothersome and doesn't add up in term of quality of stuff or structure considering what they're extrapolated to be the origin of it in comparison to what they actually are used for and what's actually being worked with these symbols. The only thing I can probably end this with is that I don't know if there's a way someone can see a symbol or multiple variant of symbols and shove them into another, and for me it is more of concerning considering how used I am to reading translated literature from X Language -> English, it make me wonder what extrapolation or assumption that the translator of manuscripts and texts approach the work with. Not saying that no one can translate any text to any language, just that it does make me wonder if the person or the translator have an agenda or assumption he wants to cajole the translated text into one specific version.

The appropriate supplication of the letter Qāf to be recited after reciting the Qur’anic verses that each contain ten Qāfs.
My God, You are the "Maintainer of every soul in what it has earned" , and the Witness over it in what it has done. You created and proportioned, and You decreed and subjugated. You knew, and You enumerated, so to You belong might and subjugation. In Your hand are creation and command. You are near to everything, and beyond it in power and encompassment in the visible and unseen worlds. "And Allah encompasses them from behind."
My God, I ask You for spiritual succor and divine grace , by which You strengthen my heart and bodily faculties , so that I do not meet anyone with a heart except that he turns back defeated.
O Allah, grant me a tongue speaking with remembrance, a truthful saying, a keen understanding, an excellent secret, an accepting heart, an illuminated mind, a preceding thought, downcast eyes, an urging longing, and a burning ecstasy. Grant me sincere actions, complete faith, a tranquil soul, and a pure spirit.
My God, sanctify my station by Your proximity , and make me among those who approach You with a heart carried by caravans of destitution , clothed in the garment of humility and brokenness , treading the paths of truth and reality to the call of the All-Subduing King: "And [Abraham] said, 'Indeed, I will go to my Lord; He will guide me.'" Among those whom longing drives, and anticipation disquiets, to the abode of satisfaction: "And I hastened to You, my Lord, that You might be pleased." And with You is closeness for those who seek.
My God, bestow upon me the garment of tranquility and dignity , and keep me away from claiming greatness and arrogance. Establish me in the station of servitude and repentance , and accept my request and plea by fulfilling my need and hastening the answer.
My God, draw me near to You so that You may be pleased with me, O Possessor of might and grace. Sanctify me from the baseness of nature in ugly deeds and foul speech.
And make me among Your sincere servants. Clothe me with a light from Your care that fills my being with divine succor , by which You strengthen my universal and particular faculties , so that I may overpower every overpowering soul. Then their subtle aspects will contract for me , a contraction by which their powers fall upon my encountering them. Thus, no possessor of spirit will remain in the universe except that the fire of subjugation has extinguished their manifestations , O Mighty in vengeance, O All-Subduer.
My Lord, make me stand in the station of honor , so that I find no atom, no minute particle, nor subtle essence, except that it has been enveloped by Your immense might , which prevents it from humiliation to other than You. So that I may witness the humiliation of all others for my honor through You , supported by a subtle awe before which every rebellious devil and stubborn tyrant submits. And preserve the humility of servitude in honor , a preservation that extends my tongue in confession and restrains my tongue from claims. Indeed, You are the Almighty, the Compeller, the Supremely Great, the All-Subduer.
My God, O You for whose exalted existence, by virtue of His wisdom, for every existing thing there is an attribute befitting it , which is its special key, its hidden meaning, its existential reality, and its greatest secret. There is no individual essence in the universe, from the essences of the parts of the upper and lower worlds, except that the keys to its decrees are related to one of Your names. And their assembly with their subtleties is the secret of Your name that You have kept exclusively in Your unseen knowledge from all Your creation. For You have not revealed to them of the secrets of Your names except what suited their actions and what their understandings could reach. So Your names, my God, cannot be fully enumerated; Your knowledge is neither confined nor counted.
So I ask You, O Allah, by this hidden secret which the intellect cannot grasp , to unveil for me the veils of the hidden secrets of gnosis and divine sciences. For You are the One who said, "And We have certainly conveyed to them the Saying that they might be reminded * Those to whom We gave the Scripture before it are Muslims." My God, I implore You by the lights of Your Self-Subsisting names, by the secrets of Your subjugating attributes, by the manifestations of Your divine power, by Your strength, Your grasp, and Your decree over the cosmic worlds , and by Your proximity to Your servants through Your answering their prayers and accepting their righteous deeds , and by the eternity with which You were characterized before all that was and will be , by Your truthful saying: "And I did not create the jinn and mankind except to worship Me. * I do not want from them any provision, nor do I want them to feed Me. * Indeed, Allah is the Provider, the Possessor of strength, the Ever-Mighty."
O Allah, You are the Creator and Sustainer of Your servants , and the Destroyer of those who disobey You , and the Granter of success to those who seek Your guidance. You are truthful in Your promise , and just in Your judgment over them by Your justice. You turn the hearts of Your servants as You wish by Your grace. You are the Maintainer of what You have brought into existence from Your creation. You are the Foremost and the Delayer of what You intend from Your command. You are the Holy One, sanctified by the transcendence of Your Essence and Attributes in eternity, and in what will forever remain , whom no one but You encompasses: "And it is He who created the heavens and the earth in truth. And the day He says, 'Be,' and it is. His word is the truth. And to Him belongs the dominion on the Day the Horn is blown. Knower of the unseen and the witnessed. And He is the Wise, the Acquainted." I ask You, O Allah, to clothe me with a light from the spiritual secrets of the letter (Qaf) , which contains the patterns of the ranks of Your attributes derived from Your names that You have entrusted within it. A divine secret by which the words of its structures have shone, and by which the essences of its meanings have been illuminated. So its secrets have appeared in Your majestic and beautiful attributes , to bestow upon me from them majesty and protection by which You shield me from the intention of every obstinate enemy and persistent adversary : "And Allah encompasses them from behind. * Rather, it is a glorious Qur'an, * In a Preserved Tablet."
And there is no might and no power except with Allah, the Most High, the Most Great. And may Allah bless our master Muhammad and his family , as there is no end to Your perfection and the promise of His perfection.
A prayer befitting his essence, and encompassing all his praises and attributes , enduring with the endurance of his call and his miracles (Amen) : "And the conclusion of their prayer will be: 'Praise to Allah, Lord of the worlds.'"

99 (Surah As-Saffat, Verse 99)
"Have you not seen those chiefs of the Children of Israel after Moses? When they said to a prophet of theirs, 'Appoint for us a king that we may fight in the cause of Allah.' He said, 'Perhaps if fighting is ordained for you, you would not fight.' They said, 'And why should we not fight in the cause of Allah when we have been driven out from our homes and our children?' But when fighting was ordained for them, they turned away, except for a few of them. And Allah has [perfect] knowledge of the wrongdoers."
2) Surah Aal-Imran (Family of Imran) - Verse 181
"Indeed, Allah has heard those [among the Jews] who said, 'Allah is poor; we are rich!' We have certainly recorded their slurs and their killing of prophets unjustly. Then We will say, 'Taste the torment of burning!'"
3) Surah An-Nisa (The Women) - Verse 77
"Have you [O Prophet] not seen those who had been told, 'Do not fight! Rather, establish prayer and pay alms-tax.'? Then once the order came to fight, a group of them feared those [hostile] people as Allah should be feared—or even more. They said, 'Our Lord! Why have You ordered us to fight? If only You had delayed us for a short while!' Say, 'The enjoyment of this world is little, and the Hereafter is far better for whoever is mindful [of Allah], and you will not be wronged [even as much as] a thread.'"
4) Surah Al-Ma'idah (The Table Spread) - Verse 27
"Relate to them in truth [O Prophet] the story of Adam's two sons—how each offered a sacrifice: one's offering was accepted while the other's was not, so he threatened [his brother], 'I will kill you!' His brother replied, 'Allah only accepts [the offering] of the sincerely devout.'"
5) Surah Ar-Ra'd (The Thunder) - Verse 16
"Ask [them, O Prophet], 'Who is the Lord of the heavens and the earth?' Say, 'Allah!' Ask [them], 'Why [then] have you taken besides Him lords who cannot even benefit or protect themselves?' Say, 'Can the blind and the sighted be equal? Or can darkness and light be equal?' Or have they associated with Allah partners who [supposedly] produced a creation like His, leaving them confused between the two creations? Say, 'Allah is the Creator of all things, and He is the One, the Supreme.'"
6) Surah Al-Muzzammil (The Enshrouded One) - Verse 20
"Indeed, your Lord knows that you [O Prophet] stand [in prayer] for nearly two-thirds of the night, or half of it, or one-third of it—along with a group of your followers. Allah determines the night and the day. He knew that you [Muslims] would not be able to precisely keep track of it, so He turned to you in mercy. So recite what is easy [for you] from the Quran. He knew that there would be among you the sick, and others traveling throughout the land seeking Allah's bounty, and still others fighting in the cause of Allah. So recite what is easy from it, and establish prayer, and pay alms-tax, and lend to Allah a goodly loan. Whatever good you send forth for yourselves, you will find it with Allah—it is better and greater in reward. And seek forgiveness from Allah. Indeed, Allah is All-Forgiving, Most Merciful."
