March Study Challenge Day 12: Favorite Quote

As some of my followers already know, I have been dealing with depression (and anxiety) since being kicked out of school, and I have posted about my mental health frequently.  This quote has become a bit cliché for Potterheads, when it comes to favorite quotes, but it means a lot to me, and others who are currently dealing with their own dementors and those who have overcome theirs.

Thank you so much to @studyfeather for tagging me in this and I’m so sorry it took me so long to answer them!

1. What is your favorite/ideal kind of weather and why?

Either snow or any kind of rain. The cold and noise is really calming to me.

2. If you could learn 3 new things, what would they be?

Leadership skills (which I will be this summer at this amazing program I was accepted into!!!), more languages (too many to name right now), and applying makeup.

3. What has been your highlight of 2017 so far?

Being accepted last minute into my above leadership program! Also going to my town’s local Women’s March!

4. What is your favorite card game?

Apples to Apples or Heads Up. They’re more like boardgames or party games, but I still really like them!

5. Favorite and least favorite drink?

Favorite: cold water. Least favorite: any kind of soda.

6. If you could suggest any book or book series to me, what would it be?

Literally any book by Gayle Forman or the Brontë sisters!

7. Truth or dare?

Truth, I think???

8. How would you describe your aesthetic?

A secondhand bookshop in Paris around the corner from a farmer’s market with succulents and locally made jewelry in the window.

9. Any allergies?

YES, I’m severely allergic to nuts and I have some pretty bad seasonal allergies, especially trees. I also used to be lactose intolerant, but it went away after awhile—but I can’t stand the taste of milk so still drink soy milk.

10. Any pets (in the past, present, or future)?

I’ve had some fish and one dog, now I’ve got Molly! She’s a mini dachshund!

11. Do you have any holiday traditions you look forward to?

The last few years we’ve been visiting my family in Canada for New Year’s. It’s great to see them and some real snow! I hardly get any where I live!
