Ok #danganronpa spoilers:
Im going to throw out my guess for who killed Taka and Hifumi:
I dont think it was Hiro. Hifumi woke up before eventually dying....I think he killed Taka over the AI Alter Ego. That's the only way his body could get to the third floor.
Also, he made the robot suit. He has cosplay skills and experience, and was probably the only one who even spent time in the art room. That's the only way it could have been locked from the inside. Plus, he needed to wipe his glasses to see to walk.
What i don't know, however, is what Kyoko was doing and where she was. I don't know who attacked Celeste (it wasn't Kyoko, Hina, or Sakura) but it definitely wasn't Hifumi. I have a feeling it was Byakuya, but im not sure. The same person who attacked Celeste isn't the killer.
I also don't know if Taka attacked Hifumi first or vice versa, but it sounds like Hifumi attacked Taka first, and he injured Hifumi in self defense.
I also don't know where AI Alter Ego is, but i don't think Monokuma took it.

I still freaking hate Byakuya. Little sh*t. The worst kind of sociopath imo: the entitled brat given everything on a silver platter who thinks everyone is beneath him.
