Study outside is one of my favourite things to do- but there are only narrow windows where is comfortable for me! . . I am a #ginger- and therefore summertime is a rough time- I am also acclimatized to Canadian winters for anything above 25C is too hot for me and I risk getting sunburnt even with sunscreen! . . In the winter time- it does get too cold to sit in one place with the wind and the damp cold. . . But spring and fall though- that 10-25 C where you can sit with a tea or hot chocolate- or coffee, and sit outside. You can read, study, do assignments! . . I came across this quote and fell in love with it. It truly embodies my state of mind right now as someone living in a body deemed too large and struggling with mental illness and some lifelong health issues... I may not have "arrived" at health (being free of illness or injury), but I'm constantly striving towards wellness (an actively pursued goal). Seems like my side effects of antibiotics are worse then ever. Anybody else experience this? But I’m blessed to have such a wonderful women by my side through all this.
