American Horror Story Original Pilot Script
I was looking around for the scripts for the first season just out of curiosity, while I was reading it I found some very different versions of some scenes. I encourage you to read it yourself here. It's only for the very first episode. I couldn't find any other episodes.
I'll insert some of the most interesting changes down below!
Violet originally was supposed to goth or emo I think. It mentions her wearing dark eye makeup and combat boots.
It is very clear from the beginning that Tate is a school shooter. There's also a cut scene at the end of the episode where this is revealed to Violet. Similar to where she figures it out later in the season. It shows that he kills himself instead of being shot.
Leah's friends actually befriend Violet, instead of Leah.
If anyone can find scripts for more episodes or more information, let me know! I just find this stuff super interesting.
