The mech then proceeds to slam their servos into the table

“BUT THATS OLD NEWS!”

Waving their servos around in accordance to their words they continue on into a rant

“If, or any possible time you have a subject sample that’s useless or you want gone after they expire! You can send them IN! They’ll be gone in a heart beat and now you have more energy than a nuclear bomb!”

They finally point at their own chest clearly proud of their theory

“I have redefined clean energy.”

I’ll admit that I’ve not done a lot of fossil preparation with the use of acid before so I thought I’d test it out on this 3” section of Jurassic Ichthyosaur jaw bone (you might recognise this James @the_wobbly_fossiler ). The basic principle is that with the careful use of diluted acetic acid (5%), any limestone matrix will dissolve away leaving the mineralised fossil bone and teeth behind. That’s the theory but you have to be careful that the acid over time doesn’t degrade the teeth and bone as well. So with some great advice from the expert Mike Marshall @yorkshire.coast.fossils

A low sort of cackling came from the outside of Acid Base's lab. A Brawler had taken Lynn hostage and was now holding her in front of one of the security cameras.

"Help me!! Help me Acid Base!"

The Brawler mimicked before bursting into more laughter. It slobbered all over the camera before scampering off to another one.

He approached the door but wait, his subject would never speak like that! Heck she normally doesnt like calling him. Before he even opens the door he unfolds his plane wings and looks up, at the skylight, flying up with the thrusters in his heels he unengaged the skylight and ended up in the air.

Looking down upon the crawler stalking at the door he flew up again, readying his staff.

"Indeed something is horribly wrong."

His first instinct is to go down and observe it however- he needed to focus, mentally slapping himself to not start getting distracted with experiments.

His main one is missing and he planned to retrieve it.

Its voice however... imitation... pretending to be his... This thing is involved. And if it is, then how far does this go?
