I sent in how hopeful Ayo being actual friends with Tomdaya made me bc I had assumed you knew she attended their wedding. Now that you're caught up I want to add I think being around Tom could especially cause her to re-evaluate her choices. Tom brings up discipline often regarding sports/athletes he admires and with his decision to stop drinking bc it was affecting his self control. He says his father and brothers will rib him if he ever complains. Tom wears the older brother, strong sense of responsibility/accountability badge proudly which would make it even more awkward for Ayo to explain her bf to him. The comparison is brutal. I was wondering if even JAW could be friends with Tom. They have a lot in common with the dance background but when ppl are too alike sometimes it works ag. them becoming friends. It might be hard to avoid feeling competitive and competing with Tom is a losing game.
