Day 31 - mobility and stability Stage 2 version is just as amazing as stage 1. All the pops feels sooooo good. This morning wasn’t a struggle to get up or stay awake which felt oh so good. So far intermittent fasting is going really really well. I’m able to stick to my 12:12 schedule, I aim for 7am-7pm and it’s working perfectly for me. If I feel hungry after 7 I go to my water first and then a cup of warm tea and I’m usually good. Really starting to see it’s my lack of water that’s causing a lot of hunger issues at night and not actually being hungry. Which I knew in my head but clearly wasn’t practicing til I started intermittent fasting. Filled up my @hydrojug for the morning.
