Every year #Linkingray chooses an experience for either Christmas or his birthday which is two weeks after. This year his request was for a hiking trip. Ok kid. You want a hiking trip. It is #nationalparkweek this week and Linkin is experiencing his very first one. #Acadianationalpark As much as we love nerding out to videogames and the MCU we absolutely thrive out in the wild. It is always such a pleasure to experience nature with this young buck and even moreso at the scale of a place like Acadia. When he's out there saying he feels proud that he's able to complete certain trails or overcome anxieties or fears about things it is a gift. I know he will take those seeds and apply them throughout his life. There is an energy out there that stimulates growth and connection. It's important to tap into that as much as possible.
