From the moment I started CrossFit, I've hated toes-to-bar. When I started, I lacked upper body and grip strength. Then I got stronger, but I gained a lot of muscle mass without enough upper body strength to support the added weight. Since October, I've lost 12lbs while continuing to lift heavier than I ever have. T2B is far easier now but still a challenge at the volume required for this week's WOD. Today was 19.2. This is essentially a repeat of 16.2 with some modifications in the time cap. I was struggling with which workout to doβ¦ Solcana has their own scaling structure for gym points and that is really what matters for me. I decided that I would do the Gold version which used Toes to Shoulders (or hands on a higher bar and getting toes to lower bar on the rig) as I knew Hanging Kneeβ¦

A quick tip for all that will redo 19.2 tomorrow. EVERY F%#*&$#G sec count DON'T WASTE IT like I did. I feel worse now watching my video. Only 2 reps that I could do if I had not wasted so much time resting. But I won't lose my faith.
