This recipe for anti-inflammatory roasted cauliflower with turmeric is not only tasty, but it's also very good for you. Turmeric has curcumin, which is known to reduce inflammation, and cauliflower is full of antioxidants and fiber. With the addition of olive oil and garlic, this dish is not only tasty but also good for your health and healing.
Ingredients: 1 medium head cauliflower, cut into florets. 2 tablespoons olive oil. 1 teaspoon turmeric powder. 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder. Salt and pepper to taste. Fresh parsley for garnish optional.
Instructions: Warm the oven up to 425F 220C. Toss cauliflower florets with olive oil, garlic powder, salt, and pepper in a large bowl until they are well covered. Place cauliflower florets on a baking sheet that has been lined with parchment paper so that they are all in one layer. After the oven is hot, roast the cauliflower for 25 to 30 minutes, stirring it once or twice during that time, until it is soft and golden brown. If you want, you can add fresh parsley as a garnish before serving.
