Are there any accrediting schemes for factories making these items?

What techniques are used?

Can you find factories making these items based in your own country? If no, why not?

What are the materials? Are they sustainable? Are they hazardous?

I was raised extremely religious so I get that living in Japan (non-religious country) as a religious person is hard, but… then, out of all European countries, ČR???????? I’m “do whatever you want forever” gang but this doesn’t make sense

While I obviously appreciate seizure warnings because it means someone was considerate enough to give some thought to our safety, it's still saying: "We care about you, so here's your warning to stay away! We care about you, but don't forget that you're not welcome here! We care about you, but you're not allowed in! No, we're not going to change it, but look! Here's a warning! We didn't NEED to put it there, but did so of our own good will! Please be sure to thank us as you walk away. Plus, everyone else loves it soooo...yeah! No hard feelings, it's just our artistic expression! You understand! You're welcome! :D"

And it ALWAYS happens.

Before anyone asks, no this isn't just about the TADC episode. That's just the most recent example that made me want to bring this up. This is about EVERYTHING. No really, take a look around. Commercials and ads. Emergency vehicles. First responders. Bars and clubs. TV shows and movies. Cameras. Concert clips. Live music. Music videos. Movie trailers. News clips/footage. Video games. Optical illusions that simulate vibrations/movement. Fireworks. Random customized cars outside. Flashy halloween decorations every fall. "Old Web" aesthetics coming back. Unfiltered eyestrain images designed to "grab attention" with bright high-contrast and saturation. Once you start to notice, you'll never stop noticing, and then maybe you'll understand why we feel so alone and frustrated.

Not only for people with seizures (which is very important. Like very. I'm just saying other examples because it's just bad in general). But people with light sensitivity (ASD, maybe it's a trigger from trauma, etc), babies sleeping, people driving (it's a hazard. Literally. Very common also.), blind people (as most have at least some light sensitivity), etc.

I'm not trying to derail. But what I mean it's that this should be banned. People shouldn't have to thank when there's a warning because it shouldn't happen. Where I live there's the opening of Christmas lights, the only time where the public ones are flashing. It's a specific thing. But people can have these lights everywhere. It's a very big hazard that should be changed.

And another thing that should be banned are those lights that have the speed of the flashing that light does low enough that our brains process it but our eyes don't. This isn't widely known. But screens/fluorescent lights/and more commonly to cut costs aren't strong enough to have the light not be received as flashing by our mind. But because our eyes can't perceive it but our brain does it can create/increase headaches/migraines/etc (I don't know if it has any repercussions on seizures, sorry)
