sometimes i have to remind myself that at one point, i was skinny & sexy. in the first picture i am at most 170lbs. i am wearing the same size small shirt in all the pictures only, in the first one, it is roomy and in the next couple, it looks as though it may rip off my fat gut. it’s important to me to keep milestones of how far i’ve fallen, how much actual fat i’ve piled onto my body. it’s comparisons like these that make it worth it, that get me off the most. because i had everything and i gave it away to stuff my face
