9 times out of 10, Minho babbles absolute nonsense in his sleep.

But sometimes, when he's not slurring about Doraemon trying to have him for dinner, his sleep talking takes a different route.

Minho sighed, deep and tranquil, and Jisung felt the exhale fan his fringe off his brows.“‘M really love you, Jisung.”

Sometimes Minho sleep-talks to Jisung about how much he loves him.

in which jisung has nightmares from past trauma and minho has insomnia. the only solution seems to be sleeping in the same bed, but with both members unsure of what kind of feelings they have or are supposed to have for each other, things get complicated.

"when was the last time you went out?" chan asks, because he's aware of minho's habit of locking himself inside his apartment until he physically needs to go out.

he shrugs, but chan can't see him so then he says, "dunno."

and that should have been it because chan never presses for more but then he says

"i'm picking you up in an hour. get ready."

Jisung’s heart skips a beat like it does a handful of times throughout the day, every day, and he smiles as he manages to move his hand from Minho’s chest without the latter knowing. Normally Jisung would have been jealous at the older’s ability to sleep like a rock but he takes it as a blessing for now and carefully pushes a couple of loose locks away from Minho’s forehead.

God, he’s so in love.

And he’s really glad Minho isn’t awake because the older can read him like an open book and thinks it is funny to point it out even though it makes him such a hypocrite doing so.

Minho has been locked up for way too long, awaiting his grim fate.

But then Jisung is unlucky enough to find himself in the same situation.

The boy makes Minho feel human again.

However, It doesn't last and there's nothing either of them can do about it.

“Han Jisung, what are you doing?” Minho asks, but obligingly begins leading the dance.

“That’s Prince Han Jisung to you!” Jisung sticks out his tongue and Minho laughs, muttering a, “Yeah, that’s prince behavior, alright.”

“Hush. You’re my servant, remember?” Jisung reminds him, twirling under Minho’s arm before placing his hands back to his shoulders.

“May I remind you, I’m also your lover?” Minho meant to tease, but his heart almost leaps out of his chest as Jisung just smiles at him fondly, staring at him as if he hung the moon that was dancing across their skin.

“I know.” Jisung leans on his tiptoe to peck his lips. “I’ll never forget it.”

Or Minho and Chan were given the task to kill the princes, and Minho started to regret it.

The sun stretches ninety million miles to reach the earth.

Jisung's smile stretches across a shitty international Skype call to reach Minho.

(If Minho thought he was blinding across an ocean, it's nothing compared to how he is three feet away.)

After being thrown backwards by the impact, he tried to look over his shoulder to make sure he wasn’t going to hit anything before he re-initiated his jets, but something caught his eye.

Or someone.

There, in the middle of the crowd, stood HYH’s son, staring at him with huge eyes.

Jisung, Minho reminded himself. Then his back slammed into a brick wall.

Minho offered his hand once more. “May I have this dance?”

Jisung’s breath hitched. Itching to hold that hand again, he fit his fingers between Minho’s, but stayed wordless in his acceptance. For a moment, Jisung simply existed with Minho’s hand in his.

He was content to be a spectator, just a pair of eyes watching from afar, but, as he tightened his grip on Minho, it all fell into place.

Jisung suddenly wants to waltz. Wants, not a subjection, for the first time in his life.

He looked into Minho’s eyes as if for confirmation, and God are they sparkling. Like a pair of fallen stars.

“You may.”
