notes: today was actually good. i admit i was actually pretty low energy before i had dinner so i was very irritated, but my dinner and snack mellowed my mood out and i feel great now. fun fact, that dinner is one of my favourite meals! i went overboard with the fats, and i think it was the chocolate but overall pretty good macros.
