so results of today’s day:
it’s officially my 5th day of dieting. so far it’s going good. i don’t have much hunger (almost absent), and no interest in food which is actually surprising.
i finished today on 350kcal (i miscalculated a bit that’s why it’s kinda hight🤧). a bit more about my routine: i do 20 minutes pilates workouts daily + some walking/additional cardio. depends on how i feel.
My calories tracking app is saying i burned around 120kcal which is not a lot but i don’t have much strength for more.
