There isn't some sort of "time limit "to shifting. You have all the time you need to get wherever you need to go. No one is rushing you. Stop trying to beat the fake clock. Take your time.

If you're the type of person who's like "I have to get to my DR before [insert certain date here]" I can assure you you'll be fine. You can just script that you show up to your DR that day. You have nothing but time. You control time. ⊹ ೃ ⁺ ˳

Don't rush somewhere to get to a place you're already at. Remind yourself you're already there. There is nothing but time.

stop treating shifting like a skill you’re still learning. that beginner mindset served you earlier in your journey. it’s outdated now. every time you approach it like “let me see if I’m doing this right,” you shrink your own authority. anything you do is the right thing to do. you just have to own that choice.

nothing. absolutely nothing. anxiety? no. doubts? no. crashing out? no. the moment you decided to shift it has been done. it’s always has been. the only thing is when you decided you just became aware of your dr, shifting, the tiniest silly details about your dr self closet. but it always has been meant for you. it was on your path all along. nothing can take that away from you. not even yourself (except if you decide otherwise).

your soul, yourself, YOU always been in your dr. you always woke up in your dr and lived your life casually. you are remembering. what a beautiful gift right? it has found you. it is done. that is why shifting is inevitable. REPEATING: cause the moment you decided to shift. it aligned you with your dr, it was always aligned to you in fact you just became aware of it.

SO. relax. no. you doubting won’t stop you. no. you crying over ‘not being done yet’ won’t stop you. no. you going to the cinema won’t stop you. NO. your five senses won’t stop you. no no no. that’s limitations you are putting on yourself, new assumptions you are setting. you are already in your dr. right now. done. don’t wait. cause what are you doing? wait for something you have questions mark..no matter what happens.

do not give power to the 3d. do not let it sell you that bad quality lie. persist.

you are human of course you will get angry and annoyed at the illusion of not being in your dr, when you KNOW you are. no matter what happens, remember your truth ‘of yeah I do not care I am in my dr’. that’s also why shifting keep coming at you. when you have a doubt but you still do not give up. that little knowing shining. mmmmmmmmmmh.
