If you headcanon Jon as having some feelings for Martin in season 2 it’s like, tragic and upsetting as always of course but also it’s deeply funny. Jon is sitting in his office stewing like “No I can’t trust anyone, and I definitely can’t trust Martin, with his excellent tea and his handsome face and his strong arms and his overwhelming kindness and the way he seems to care about me in a way no one else has for a long time. He can’t really be that lovely, he’s definitely hiding something and/or trying to kill me.” Like okay gayboy, why don’t you go kiss him about it

Listening to season one of the magnus archives is funny because Jonathan sims pours out his creative soul into a masterpiece of a horror story and then when he’s done has to go record himself being like “listen to this man what utter bollocks, what complete and utter horseshit,.
