Pretty sure around these times, in the campaign, Percy STR was 12, and Vax's was 14 (after the Ranshaka attack, Taliesin admits he needs Vex's help to carry Vax to the Ziggurath so they can take off the curse robe from Vax). But despite Percy being weaker, Grog respects him more because Percy's gunslinger fight style is more ruthless and messier, something Grog greatly favors; while Vax, being a master assassin, relies more on fast, clean and precise attacks for a more stealthy fight style, something Grog very much dislikes.
