More thoughts about Tad Worm Au because I like it far to much
When infected, Tad is fed a worm so there is no injury site for worm evidence (and not so that I can call this au Food Chain no no no)
Kirās (the worm) whole āassigned goalā by the hive mind is preservation. Tadās infection happens because they are losing. They are losing resources, so what do you do when youāre losing resources? Attack the enemy supply chain. By infecting Tad they gain access to a place where the non-worms think itās safe, access to the largest concentration of Harmoxicane on the planet, and a brand new engineer to replace the one they lost.
Preservation being Kirās purpose also means they are much more subtle when it comes to influencing and interacting with Tad. Jury is still out if Wormification of Tad would be fast or slow, because on one hand, worm is trying to be subtle so taking its time is stealthy, but also Fast worm means if it could pull of a decent Tad, it could start making things.

Also Tads mind prison thing they would have (a kin to Asriās well) is just a labyrinth of cave systems with ever exit caved in by obsidian, itās impossibly dark because I sure know that Frog has some cave trauma even before the crash. (I stare at you, you and your mystical reason why you steal all your stuff from others instead of mining for them)
Kir gets found out because of a mixture of lack of initiative and lack of care for others. (specifically preconceived debts Tad just can seem to shake from their mindset) Overall though I would think Kir would be a great actor and liar, I mean, Tad was pretty decent at it, somehow gaining peopleās trust. They would have a great starting steps.
(Alternately Kir gets found out when Evren gets cured because he was the only one who knew what happened to Tad was real, cause he did it)

I've started drawing this Joe piece (Jiece?) yesterday after work but the migrane did me in halfway so I conked out early. Woke up at 4 am, checked if anybody's streaming and lo and behold - Joe Hills just started. (Somehow I am already following him on twitch? I have no memory of ever being on his stream before) Joe's talking about a new book from my favorite at the moment author, immediate bonding moment. No webcam on the screen, wait no, there is a webcam it's a tiny 80px Joe on top of a green glass in the last hotbar slot. Someone sent a tip and Joe gets bigger, he is on greenscreen, in a green cap and green glasses, he picks up an abaccus to count the tip??
I get my first morning coffee and decide to also send some. He. He reads it aloud and then sings a happy song to me specifically!! Pure Delight! Meanwhile Joe is building a Mardi Gras float that throws dispensers at you, in front of his flint build in the shopping district that throws arrows if you remove armor, the mardi gras float involves lots of armor stands and armors, arrows keep shooting and he picks them and puts back into the dispenser, sysyphus is taking notes. Did i mention he's building a mardi gras float an hour before mardi gras starts?
Frenetic energy of homework due tomorrow fills the air, even though it's 5 am on a tuesday and I'm like, 34, I feel it too. More tips come in and Joe keeps getting bigger on screen, which is good for me specifically actually since I am actively drawing him at this very moment, the reference is spectacular. Joe goes on a lil break and plays a couple of his songs while away. Certifed bops and bangers, both of them! Someone in chat writes the funniest thing ever and I audibly yell, Joe shares a lot of wisdom which I agree with.
It's 6 am, DocM77 logs in and comes in to check out the build. I am in the same timezone as Doc, why is he on a regular tuesday online at 6am?? Doesnt matter, everyone is having a deligfhtful time. Joe makes a haiku, as he does, as he finishes the Mardi Gras float at midnight right on time for the Mardi Gras. Stream ends. It is 7 am, I have to go to work now I guess? After having a Joesperience??? Anyway, if you ever have some income you dont mind sparing - keep it hidden until you somehow end up on Joe stream and send him a tip, a Joespirience is something anyone could benefit from.

When they were filming Lord of the Rings, they needed A LOT of extras to be able to ride horses into battle. They couldnāt find nearly enough men with horses/ riding skills, so they hired just like a crap ton of women who were expert riders, slapped some beards on āem, and called it good. The VAST majority of the riders in that film are horse girls. Horse girls win battles.
