OK but who's who... let's rant about it
I think it makes sense if Ramsay is Frankenstein and Theon is the monster, and Ramsay made him for the purpose of being a dummy of sorts he could use to test surgeries, weapons, torture methods etc.
Sure proving people wrong about creating life is great, but Lima syndromeing yourself with the Creature you've made is 10x better hello??
And Reek has just enough sentience that he is aware of being trapped but is mindlessly obedient despite being terrified all of the time.
I can imagine Ramsay occasionally leaving the hatch to wherever Reek is being kept wide open, but Reek is chained up on the opposite side of the room so he can only hear the birds and sometimes see light shine through. Just really terrible stuff I mean Ramsay Is taking this guys organs out and replacing them as he pleases he's just the worst.
Also I think he should only teach Reek how to say a few words to keep him as submissive as possible. He can't speak up or even ask for anything.
HOWEVER
What if instead Theon was Frankenstein, and Ramsay was the monster?
Theon being prideful enough that he ruins his relationship with his ward family to prove his theory correct. Maybe he's caught digging in the family cemetery for body parts or they just find his activities abhorrent.
Then he makes Ramsay, and he's so giddy he neglects his Creature entirely to brag about it to his peers. Then let's say he invites the Starks and some of his fellow scientists over to gaze upon it, but when they get here it's gone.
Because Ramsay awoke with something inherently wrong with him, that you could credit to a lack of human soul or perhaps the brain that was used in his making. But he's also incredibly intelligent, and he has such a hatred for Theon due to his neglect and how he speaks towards him that he creates a plan to get some sort of revenge.
So he disappears on him, hiding somewhere nearby, and when Theon is thoroughly humiliated and his guests all leave, he goes back inside and WACK! Knocks his ass out.
So now it's the Doctor who is chained up and Ramsay already has a shit ton of terrible things planned. He doesn't know that he needs to eat, so Theon starves for days until Ramsay comes back and he can tell him he needs food. This happens multiple times. Ramsay also enjoys cutting up pieces of Theon and stitching them back on but he's sloppy at it because he doesn't know what he's doing, so Theon keeps getting infections and he's just sick 24/7.
Then he forces Theon to teach him how to speak properly, which Theon does. He isn't amazing but he knows the words he needs to. Theon wishes he could teach him more though, because he hates not knowing what's going through Ramsays mind and he barely knows how to interpret his grunts.
Anyway in short I love this idea its wonderful and sick.
