Fyi, it is generally considered ableist to use the term “wheelchair bound” as it treats the wheelchair as on object of confinement rather than the method of freedom it is for many people who need them. The preferred term would be something more like “wheelchair user,” “mobility aid user,” “person who relies on a wheelchair” or “physically disabled person.” Although I think your previous line about “if you are capable” is clear enough about what you mean while also covering all possible disabilities it could apply to that it doesn’t need further clarification.

when we draw humanoid portraits or characters, an important practice to employ is TESTING THE POSE YOURSELF. with the art of sabbath above, his torso is facing one way but his pelvis is twisted the opposite. humans can twist, yes, but simply test the pose out. especially if you are capable of doing so. if you aren’t in that position, though, it would help to get a third party to test the pose. everybody else (who is capable of it) test this pose irl right now. it’s like sabbath is walking but floating, because his right leg would not be twisted back behind the left leg.
not much else to say. besides. TEST THE POSE YOU ARE ILLUSTRATING. your art and your characters will thank you for it

if they’re meant to be paws they’re too cartoonish to read as such. you can argue the art style itself is cartoonish HOWEVER then why do detail on the fur tufts? if there’s that detail there, then the lumps, if not the he/him titties, could’ve been rendered more apparent
