this is missing an important part of the adhd non-reward cycle, which is when we finally end up doing the task we were putting off for months it only takes 10 minutes and then we berate ourself afterwards. I'm no neuroscientist but I'd guess that isn't the best way to build up habits
especially if the task has other parts to it or you couldn't do other shit until you did it because great, now it sucks doing the dishes, i'm mad at my me for not doing the dishes, and i still gotta clean the rest of the kitchen
