she was definitely pleasant enough but im so confused and she got tf off the call SO fast so i have no explanation. (maybe the text tone doesnt read pleasant but i was very polite) were they trying to use an old insurance of hers or something like why did it suddenly go through after all this time??? thank goodness this wasnt for a pill or something because wtf would we have done??? (unfortunately it was pricey glucose strips we've just been having to buy at full price)
