BLOG INTRO!
Heyo! This is mainly an arthropod-focused blog. You can call me Snoot or Newt and I use any pronouns.
I will start by saying that I will not be adding any trigger warnings to any of my posts or reblogs that concern insects and other arthropods. This blog is primarily focused on these animals, and if you have a phobia of them, I suggest you block me entirely for your own good. However, I will add warnings to anything else that could be triggering, like flashing imagery (#flashing imagery warning), bright colors (#bright colors warning), graphic (#graphic), etc.
Speaking of tags, here's a small list:
#bugs: This will be on anything that concerns arthropods. This includes hemipterans, non-hemipterans, arachnids, crustaceans, myriapods, etc.
#reblogs: This will be on anything I reblog.
#my stuff: This will be used when I post anything that I made or photographed, like my art or a picture I took of an insect.
#ramblings: This will be used when I make the rare text post.
#rants: This will be used when I make angry rants (they will be related to ecology, most likely). These rants will stay in tags. Also rare.
Furthermore, this blog has no queue or anything. I basically post or reblog on my own terms, so it definitely won't be consistent. I will try to stay relatively active but that isn't a promise!
