this is the saddest fucking day

#i’ve been quietly sobbing at my desk trying to pull it together #i haven’t been able to go through many others i think i only listened to hutson and caufield #apart from the gms #literally just trying to fucking get through the day #as best as i can #i always said this would be the hardest one to get through #and it’s worse than i could have imagined #we knew it was coming yes it’s just hockey yes i know all that and i still can’t breathe #i got 10 years. i can’t ask for much more. everybody came and left and i got so much more than most can hope for #5 years of price. 10 years of gallagher. i’m so thankful i’m so blessed i’m so grateful and fortunate #but it’s over and the team is entirely new from what i knew and it’s NEVER going to be the same for me #literally ever #i don’t know how else to say this. this was the last one and nothing will ever hurt again beyond this #i can’t imagine anything ever hurting me again after this #i really thought we had one more year. one more. and i was gonna accept it slowly and i would have had time to adjust #i’m gonna need so much time to recover #hockey.diaries #habs lb
