Speaking of Pedri, the fans have been applauding the close friendship you share and the positive message you’re sending to the younger generation, one that challenges toxic masculinity, over the last few months.

🗣️ Ferran: "I think that’s important in the end, because we spend so many hours together and that often brings us closer together. In this case, it’s brought us very close indeed, both on and off the pitch, and I think that’s important too, because ultimately, as you spend so many hours at the club and travelling, you always need someone within the team with whom you have a special bond, someone to lean on during the tough times and enjoy the good times with." ❤️

Did you know each other before joining Barça, or was it being on the same team that led to you developing such a strong bond?

🗣️ Ferran: "We met before either of us were even at Barça, through our agents, and yes, from day one we had a really good connection."

If you had to take three teammates to Miami for a summer after the World Cup, who would you take?

🗣️Ferran: "Off the top of my head, I’d definitely take Pedri, Eric and Dani Olmo."
