One of my favorite parts of a Movie/Musical/ Game with great music is how they create tension in the music, like so much that you can tell while listening to the music without watching the movie / playing the game that the scene is stressful, and some artists are amazing at creating tension in the music while others are great at making soft moments, IE, John Williams.

But HOLY FUCK is El Tango De Roxane ( From the movie) amazing at building the tension with the choice Satine has to make, because holy shit is Christian down BAD for her. And my god what crack was the composer on when they where adapting the song. I bet it was the same crack that Araki was on when creating JoJo’s.
