This and That

Yandan is still not there for me but she is slowly growing on me. She clearly has a strong sense of justice and is not afraid to speak up. As long as we don't venture to deep into the clumsy-dumb territory we are good.

One thing I have been on her side is the turtle thing. Why does the god pull a prank on the poor animal. At first I was wondering if this was some kind of deity/demon who was being punished but it doesn't seem like it. Leave the poor animal alone sir. I can see how you are part demon.

Speaking of half demon, I wonder when that will come out because I think that's going to happen soon with the war between heaven and demons. And all this loveless rules in the heavenly realm sure isn't going to come back and bite them.

... and I am not liking the FL. She is the type of character I find annoying and usually don't end up liking: she is a clumsy know it all who constantly causes problems for everyone else (I think we are supposed to think this is cute?). She threw a dragon prince (or was it princess) into a pond because she oh so dumbly decided to stick her fingers in where it doesn't belong. She makes her sister drop a tray because she is too excitable, making her break an ornament which will surely only make the sisters struggles worse. 500 years old but acting more like a spoiled 5 year old every time she is on screen.

I came here from love and redemption and although I didnt have any expectations I cant help but compare both FLs. Xuanji had her problems sure but she was endearing from the get go. I can't say the same for this FL. All I feel is annoyance for now.

Will she carry the same type of arrogance throughout the show or will she change? Will she grow on me or become only tolerable? I am not sure if I should continue or leave this for another day.
