HIiii, i have been listening to subliminals for some time now, what i usually do is loop one long subliminal all night but i hear many people in the community refrencing playlists (im talking about on youtube), is there a safe way to use youtube playlists ad free?

NEW FUN SHIFTING METHOD/ MOTIVATION IDEA

So this method entails picturing yourself in your CR and imagining using the remote control for Rick's interdimensional portal and imagine setting it to your DR picture the remote however you want maybe input a secret code that means something to you in your DR then imagine walking up to the portal and just jumping in and while in this limbo state between when you shift and then you can always picture images, and memories etc from your DR as if you are in a wormhole continue until u either fall asleep and will shift in your sleep or notice surroundings change.

i have a question, i have been dreaming of things and then seeing them happen in real life- not full scenarios but just like glimpses moments (as if a freeze frame from my dream came true for just a second) and other people around me saying things that i know someone said to me in a dream. What does this mean and how can i harness this to help me predict the future lol.

Okay so if you know animal crossing new horizons that will help but you don't need to know about it its just inspired by acnh.

STEPS:

1: as you lay in bed imagine that you are choosing to have a lucid dream or shift

2: after deciding what your intention is imagine yourself on a cloud with your bed (doesn't have to be a cloud just imagine a very peaceful place)

3: (if your going the animal crossing route use luna) have a figure of your choice whether that is someone from your dr, a gaurdian angel/spirit guide, or in my case luna from ACNH asking you about where you are going just vauge stuff like is the room you are in big or small, different colors in the room etc. (the guide doesn't have to ask many questions)

4: once you have an idea of where you are going picture your surroundings as vividly you can and accept your guides blessing to transport your awarness.

5: either go to sleep on your dr bed or explore your lucid dream!

AIRPLANE METHOD- TAKE A FLIGHT TO YOUR DR

okay so i found this subliminal (not a guided meditation) but there are airplane noises like a captain on the intercom and other ambience.

I think its kinda like the train method for harry potter but just more universal

what i was doing:

okay so i was sitting in my room listening to a subliminal intending to meditate for a few minutes before attempting to shift when i lay down i was staring at a picture on the wall of my s/o in my dr and the room was dim not pitch black so i could see him and i was staring off into space while looking at him (if that makes sense lol) and every now and then my vision goes completely black for a second (my eyes still being open btw) and then comes back to normal.

i made my first subliminal!!!!
