im all for recommending worm but like on the individual level. this is uncontrolled. my gatekeeping instincts are crying out in agony

taylor hebert from worm is a great protagonist because she wanted to be a superhero her whole life, started an intense workout routine to prepare herself, endured horrible bullying because she wanted to keep her powers a secret, made herself a superhero costume using spider silk, but the first night she goes out in costume she almost gets murdered, "necroses" a notorious villain's penis, forms an alliance with the shadiest "hero" there is, gets mistaken for a villain because her costume is too edgy and gets invited to join a supervillain team. all this in the first arc. i love worm.

God Eidolon is really just a victim of the most ridiculous moral consequences ever. Like “Aha, you thought it was a good idea to neglect your own mental health in order to achieve a greater good and save other people’s lives? Well think again, because just maybe giant hell demons will emerge and destroy Japan.” Poor guy never had a chance. The guy got his brain connected directly to the “summon monsters that kill people” button with absolutely no warning that the button existed or that he could press it. i think its funny that taylor uses every bomb in the multiverse and people never mention it cause it just isnt that important
