February 9, 2000 - The London Lesbian Avengers stopped the no. 15 bus in London's Piccadilly Circus, and painted it pink. This was done to demand the repeal of homophobic Section 28, and to protest the involvement of homophobic millionaire Brian Souter in a Scottish campaign against the repeal. Souter was also the owner of privatised bus company Stagecoach, operating route 15. Section 28 was finally repealed in England and Wales in 2003. [video]

If I told someone that had their relatives murdered by a police officer and maybe I was related to them or had family in the force, would it be acceptable for me to look them in the face and tell them that my relative had to murder their own because they were poor?? Would it not sound batshit crazy to people? Would it not have negative reactions from people?

This can only be accomplished by destroying the structural forces which marginalized you and caused them to dehumanize you in the first place, forcing you to give them private information. This requires the abolition of legal sex, which is justified through the social fiction of "Biological Sex", just like how all systems of oppression have social fictions to justify them. You had to struggle to get in through appeals to rules made to exclude you in the first place, an appeal those who don't have easier access to surgery can't make (majority of trans people on Earth!) an appeal which can still fail through other so-called "biological" factors, also structured that way to exclude and oppress you. After your personal safety your true political aim must be that you shouldn't be put in this situation in the first place. You must become a communist.
