Hello! Iâm Sinnie, I am an older teen.
I am bisexual and a radical feminist/MERF I also mainly reblog but I make my own posts from time to time. This blog is mainly focused on Radical Feminism and Gender Criticism, but sometimes I reblog stuff related to my interests.
I am very much a gender abolitionist. I despise, i detest gender. The only time i see fit is describing the oppression of women/females and how gendered language and ideology carries that. For why I am so much of a gender abolitionist, see here.
I say I peaked near the end of May, but in reality after being in trans spaces for 6+ years I had many little peakings all throughout my journey and always just pushed them down until recently when I couldnât ignore TRAâs misogyny anymore after having a good look at trans âfeministâ spaces for myself.
I identified as Nonbinary/Unlabeled/Transneutral for many years. I am still working through letting go of these labels I have used for myself for many years after having to acknowledge the harm in this gender ideology. I will sometimes refer to myself as âtransneuâ jokingly.
I am very much questioning (and very much sure) that I have ADHD. (Iâm just waiting for my screening).
I also having processing issues related to written text. I often will have to reread things to clarify and add on to my original statement in response to things, so please be patient with me!
I call myself a âMERFâ (male exclusionary radical feminist), not TERF (trans exclusionary radical feminist) because feminism is for all female people, trans or not. For why/how I went from TRA to MERF see here
I do not hate trans people, nor do I wish them death or rape. I do however, disagree with their stance on gender and sex. And do not think their ideology should be changing laws protecting womenâs rights.
I identified as lesbian for many many years and through my journey post-peaking I have realized I am bisexual.
I remember having such a hard time trying to understand my sexuality because when you frame gender as this mystical and undefinable thing and also define sexuality as gender based attraction operating on that same incongruous definition of gender, there becomes holes in that logic.
It has been so much easier frameing bisexuality as âbeing attracted to/having the capacity to be attracted to both vagina and penisâ as opposed to the insanity of the former.
That being said, just because I am bisexual doesnât mean Iâm going to suddenly forget all the lesbophobia I saw while identifying as a lesbian.
While that lesbophobia was ultimately misdirected as I am not lesbian, I will always stand for lesbians.
I fully support lesbian separatists and lesbians rejection of the âsapphicâ term replacing the word lesbian. (especially since gay men are not equally as pressured to replace their word âgayâ with achillean/vincian)
Also, les4les relationships are not biphobic or âlesbian supremacistâ (although lesbian supremacy sounds amazing). and to deny lesbians, women who experience an intersection of oppression for being homosexual females, the ability to prioritize themselves in their relationships is lesbophobic.
I also want to emphasize that while I understand why many lesbians can be hostile to OSA women, (mainly bisexuals) because of the cultural genocide happening to lesbian culture,
I will say it is insane to hate on OSA for being OSA. I see many lesbians hating on Bisexual Women for being OSA, and dragging them through the mud. It just reeks of misogyny,
Talking about your frustration from OSA womenâs homophobia? Yes! Thatâs important to speak on and bring awareness of. Lesbians are SSA females!! Not a shelter for OSA individuals who have a âconnection to lesbianismâ.
Insulting OSA women for being OSA and saying theyâre ruined being OSA and deserve the misogyny they face? Literal Misogyny. Fuck you.
This being said !!OSA women are NOT oppressed for being OSA, SSA woman do NOT and CANNOT oppress OSA women, because SSA women donât have the privilege to do so!! Iâm just mentioning issues within radblr specifically that I see/ have seen.
While on that topic I am also in full support of FTM separatism, a movement I am glad is gaining traction. FTMs are welcomed!
As for my dni, itâs the basics. Iâll also add scrotum-owners/males dni!
Iâll update this post as I see fit in the future but for now this is my new intro post!
Blinkies I made on blinkiescafe!
