The way people reacted to john mulaney going to rehab and getting divorced like he shot their dog is still crazy to me. Like I'm not saying he's above criticism or whatever but being mad he's not on cocaine anymore is wild. Shattered your illusions of Wife Guy by being a real person whose relationships can be strained by, say, addiction treatment. It's like if a jester got serious for a second and took off his silly hat like "hey, listen, I've actually been really-" & just got beheaded then and there

Considering the way the entertainment industry is, like, famously. "Go to rehab & get a divorce" is literally the good ending here. Every single person in the entertainment industry Should go to rehab and get divorced

Even in a post-capitalist, post-consumerist world, you still need to produce goods, as a result of this, you need factories because it is more effective to have a few people making a lot of clothes in a factory than every woman being forced to sit down and spin wool all day.

The issue with factories is poor wages, unsafe working conditions and environmental impact, all of which can be fixed through things like regulatory bodies and unions, the issue is not the fact that goods are no longer all made at home
