And now because he ages a lot slower, he takes a trip back to Earth with Rocky to check on things.

He sees Stratt again, he doesn’t forgive her, but they understand each other, and it gives Stratt a peace of mind and he tells her he’s staying on Erid and she’s happy for him that he lived and grateful to him for saving Earth. She may have betrayed him. But he was her only choice, and she was right and her choice ended up saving their planet. So while he’s betrayed, he understands why the choice had to be made. Also, he has an amazing new friend and life ahead of him!

Grace brings with him Erid’s version of the golden record (The record that was sent into space thats supposed to encapsulate earth and humanity as a whole) so Earth can learn about Erid and cool new space life.

And he also takes back to Erid a greater varaity of food and stuff to replicate on Erid so he has better nutrition, because he cannot survive on MeBurgers for the rest of his life.
