When the God's come knocking it takes a strong bond to defeat them and with encouragement from Lizzie, Hope is ready for battle.

Hope is back to her old self but her dark side still lingers and who better to help than good ole Lizzie Saltzman.

Hope and Lizzie trap Aurora holding her captive for information. The girls discuss what their next moves are.

Lizzie and Hope embark on a journey to a carnival where Hope runs tests on Lizzie and her new Heretic powers. They then run into some bag guys where despite their ups and downs the girls band together to take down the boss.

Hope is on a rampage and Lizzie wants revenge but when the time comes she couldn't shoot her shot and kill Hope. Lizzie delivers a heartfelt speech as she realized she couldn't be the one to stop Hope.

"I came here wanting to make you hurt, like you hurt all of us, but seeing you in front of me, I... I hate this. I hate how many good memories I have of you. I hate that I have to be the one to do this, because no one else will. But most of all... I hate you for being my friend and for being a part of my weird, messed-up family and for making me love you, Hope Mikaelson. Because no matter how far you go, no matter how evil you become... apparently I can't be the one to stop you" 

Then of course for a moment Hope seems to be back to normal and they embrace in a hug. Though it turns out to be an act but that's a different story.

Landon Kirby: like a Phoenix he rises but we watch him come back to life from ash and like Wade we only get a clip of his firewings. I feel we as fans would have liked to see more of this form but they decided to take that away. They were so focused on Landon being the son of Malivore, him being the vessel and constantly killing him that they didn't let his character show the full potential of being a Phoenix. I feel he got ripped off honestly. Don't get me wrong I love the character but it would have been cool to see more before they took his powers and tossed them.
