There’s not a lot of treatments, and there isn’t a single one that is for vaginismus exclusively - they’re all medications or treatments to treat symptoms, but not the causes. In fact, for a long time doctors waved off vaginismus as a purely psychological disorder in cis women.

It’s incredibly common! And it can be treated by physiotherapy.

I know this because I’m currently undergoing physio and although it can take months to recover, I’m already seeing improvement. Gregarious and not particularly graceful; usually seen crashing around awkwardly in small groups.

Zim gets put on trial but instead of executing him they “fix” his bad code and reprogram him to be the perfect, humble, obedient, soft-spoken little drone the Empire wants. They send him back to Foodcourtia and he quietly accepts his banishment, content to serve the Empire in whatever capacity they deem him fit for.

At first Dib just wants to drag Zim back to earth so he can shove him in his dad's face to prove he wasn't crazy. But he's never really been alone with Zim for an extended period of time, and they've never really talked before. Just argued and threatened and hurled insults at each other. Now, they're going to be together in close proximity for days with Zim physically unable to quarrel with him. So for the first time Dib is able to ask Zim anything he wants and instead of being guarded and withholding, Zim answers everything in a friendly, conversational manner. Dib is able to learn all about Irk and Zim's life, minus some classified info he's forbidden from talking about. Zim's upbeat tone never falters, even when he talks about being intensely anxious all his life about being subjected to an existence evaluation and stripped of his individuality and free will. But now that it's actually happened he thinks he's much better this way. He doesn't feel anxious anymore because he doesn't feel anything.

Zim's confessions remind Dib of his own lifelong fear of being institutionalized and lobotomized for being "crazy". His empathy for Zim grows into romantic feelings, but he can't act on them because Zim isn't capable of consenting under the circumstances.
