We had a wellness check go wrong and the police were called. My girlfriend was detained for being trans. There was a lot of bad stuff that happened and the crisis workers lied to get us hurt

I dont have my meds, we dont have food. I am begging for help, we have nothing and the police took safety away from us.

Hi. I'm a disabled trans woman who was on and off houseless since August 2020 80% of the time in a van that got stolen and totaled last month. Selling it might have been some money. I'm trying to figure out getting a new car still. I currently have an apartment that let me get out of the mold infestation that I was allergic to that had accumulated in those 5ish years. Please help me stay housed. I need help with May rent. Ty

At any moment I am not speaking to Zeina, it is possible that she has no food, no shelter, no safety this is what “after the war” looks like in Gaza. And it’s no longer just about survival. Her sister is quietly weakening from anemia and malnutrition, without proper food or treatment — a slow decline that may go unnoticed until it’s too late.

Think about living with ruins instead of homes, fear instead of stability, and the echo of everything they lost. There’s no “getting used to” that as your constant reality.
