OCTOCON IS NOT SAFE FOR ANYONE ENDOGENIC, OR ENDOGENIC ALLYS
I've Seen folk in the radqueer community not know this. So this is a public statement to warn everyone;
Octocon, when starting off actively advertised themselves as anti-endo and sysmed. They do not beleive in endogenic systems at all.
They previously have terminated accounts from their app for being pro-endogenic origins.
While they now claim to be "neutral", a claim that very CLEARLY made to gain more traction, they still, in their terms of service, reserve the right to terminate you at any point over their own "stances".
Your information is not safe with them, your rights are not safe with them, and morally, it's a little fucked.
While doing research, for those of you who are anti-c for minors (or pro-cc and don't beleive minors can consent/its safe for minors to consent/ect), the creators of Octocon have been found to support a predator.
I will not give my own opinions on this, as I am not here to discuss contact stances just provide evidence. I will note however this was during a time where they were actively terminating ANY pro-endogenic system.
Do also note the evidence refers to them as a pedophile, however is clearly intended to discuss a predator.
So what can you use instead?

Ampersand is an up and coming fully offline app for android, of which can be found HERE.
Pluralkit, while you need a discord account, has a fully seperate DASHBOARD, and seperate SWITCHER. As well as various other websites that connect to PK to give it the same tools as SP, which can find on their DISCORD SERVER.
Tupperbox has its own DASHBOARD/WEBSITE.
I will also mention PLU/RAL, which is a bot similar to PK and Tupperbox, however through userproxies and commands allows you to Proxy ANYWHERE on discord. I am unsure if you can import simply plural data to it.
And while you can't transport your SP data to here (from my knowledge), SYSTEMCONNECT is a new web-app that seems to also prioritise social connections
The-Concordia-Project is also a tumblr that is working to explore the idea of creating it's own app! Support beginner apps too!
