Hihi, Happy late birfday!!! Mine is coming up on September 11th, so I will hopefully not experience a whole lotta dysphoria then, but we'll see! I found these shirts that go from kids to adult sizes on Amazon last year that have ages on them like, "I just turned 6" or "Officially 12" and they come with the option to be printed in adult sizes. Also, getting a cake that has your favorite characters on it, like I really want a My Little Pony cake this year! Ik it won't help this year since your bday has passed, but generally, I just try to ignore the chrono age I'm turning, and pretend that I'm turning my mental age all over again!
