The occupation has begun bombing high-rise buildings in northern Gaza to clear the way for a ground invasion and to forcibly displace the residents. This relentless bombing has put our lives in constant danger and is now forcing us to move south despite the enormous challenges.

We are now facing a very harsh reality:

• In just two days, our current rent contract will end, and we will be forced to leave our home.

• In the south, rent prices have skyrocketed and are far beyond what we can afford.

• We urgently need to secure a safe and temporary place for our family, but options are very limited with so many displaced people.

• We also need to transport the few essential belongings we still have (clothes, blankets, some basic tools), but transportation costs are extremely high under these circumstances.

All of this comes on top of the daily trauma of constant airstrikes, shortages of food, water, and medicine, and the overwhelming stress of survival.
