the world is ever so wonderful, a world that has plurality. and the world will only get better with widespread plural knowledge and acceptance! it's more than okay to live a plural life and to celebrate your plurality, it's a lovely aspect of existence.

plurals deserve to have therapy that believes, listens to and supports every member of the system

psychs online trying to connect to marginalized people are so funny bc they’ll say something pretty milquetoast like “the psychiatric profession has made errors in the past that have hurt members of x marginalized communities” and you’ll see someone’s comment whose like “yes! That thing they did in the past was terrible and it’s so awful I’ve experienced something like that actually fairly recently. The issues persist :(” and then the psych will double down and accuse them of trying to mischaracterize the profession even when they’re speaking from lived experience, which apparently matters soooooo much to them. Like pls eat shit forever.
