The highs in real life never reach the same heights as those in fiction but the lows sure are as low if not lower……and so insignificant and mundane
i like that employers and interviewers genuinely believe they deserve to live
The elephant in the room is that the introduction of women into the formal workforce has completely destroyed every angle of the economy for everyone. Why do people think that we now need two people to provide for a single family unit? It's because the economy has transformed to expect double the paid labour per household from an additional person: the wife. And considering that most women are just going to sleep with men anyway, what was even the point of giving them an education and a job when they're just going to throw it all down the drain for a man and his kids?
The will to spread consciousness just because your lizard brain wants to breed is evil and authoritarian. Breeding is a tool of authoritarian abuse. Why the fuck would I listen to someone just because they forced me into existence without my consent? Most people are wageslaves and under the authority of their bosses, landlords and politicians and the only way for them to have an authority over something is to own another human by creating a child and prepare another slave to repeat the cycle.

I am an unemployed person trapped inside an employed person’s body
I really despise people who think that they enjoy 'travelling', because being 'well-travelled' isn't going to an Airbnb and visiting all the typical tourist hotspots, or even climbing a mountain for the view, while being drunk for half of it. To truly understand another peoples' culture, one has to live and work with those people. And if westerners did in fact do this when they go to developing/global south countries, then they would finally understand how backwards those people really are.
"If civilization had been left in female hands, we would still be living in grass huts."
Warm/cool, comfy, well-built and well-structured, aesthetic grass huts, but yes, grass huts. Simple fundamentals and strong foundations, elaborated on over time, with attention and care, experiment and play. But yes. Grass. Hut. The horror.
We would have clean water, healthy food, many libraries, beautiful places to read them in, fast transport to and from, safety to enjoy it all in. We would have places to learn to do and maintain all of that in, and how to continue to improve them. But yes, if it fit the location, the huts would be grass.
They'd be large enough to house the community and what the community needed, and also what the community wanted, and who knows what else, and then more space because really who knows what else, but yes, the grass would be huts. And the grass huts that would not work best as grass, would not be grass. And the grass huts that would not work best as hus, would not be huts. The grass huts would be grass huts, yes.
Even without men around to fuck shit up, and take up time, the grass huts would be grass huts. Disgusting. Earthen. Dirt-y. Boring. Renewable. Common. Vulgar. Living. Dull. Fitting. Appropriate. Something almost anyone could do. Easy. Slutty. Pathetic. Truly womanish.
But thankfully, men are around to "drive society". We have 100-storey tall empty crumbling useless multi-building apartment complexes for busywork projects, literal dick-twiddling, but at least they're not grass huts. No bush. We have the tallest building in the world! (We didn't always have that. Don't tell anyone I told you. The shame. The shame.) Thank god we have those -- the tallest buildings -- imagine if your dick stopped getting bigger? (Imagine if you didn't have a -) You'd basically have to kill yourself. I personally couldn't step off the ledge until I opened up https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/List_of_tallest_buildings on my phone and sorted the table by year. 2026. 351 meters. That's 1,153 feet. We've still got it. We're good. We can still get it up. We're okay. We're okay.
i look around any room and see that men and women are so distinctly categorized in what they wear, how hairless they are, their mannerisms and how do women not feel humiliated seeing this, how do they walk into the same room and not see how every other women takes part in her own degradation, like how is nobody bothered by this. the way it's so binary, how you literally will not find outliers, and the thing is i don't think women who refuse to perform femininity are treated as harshly as they would be a decade ago, it literally doesn't have to be this way anymore but it still is and it's somehow gotten worse.
Heterosexual society is hellbent on destroying itself through the meaningless accumulation of billions of bodies because reproduction is a consumptive act in itself, heralded as the purpose of existence, and thus replicated all throughout society. The nuclear family is the first corporation, and the breeders desire for endless propagation manifests on all levels. As above, so below. Human life is created on a hedonistic conveyor belt, no different than one that pushes out Pepsi products. Quality versus quantity is the ultimate assessment one must make in order to evolve past rudimentary survival. Males and their devotees have made their choice incredibly clear already, scaling their low quality primitive sex obsessed existence to industrialized heights. Accusing anyone who wants to rise above the exploitation of both bodies and landmass, of being "antihuman." Meanwhile, mans desire to dominate all that surrounds him, begets destruction, misinterpreted as "legacy." Depleting and devouring. He wants to see a permanent physical change in all that he comes into contact with, whether a womb or the world itself, he must force his way into every corner of existence. A selfish desire to see oneself replicated, and to alter or annihilate all that doesn't mirror humanity's flawed reflection, is reason for our opportunistic reality.

It's been years since I started seeing nutrient flows constantly in my daily life, and the more I study agriculture, the more I see them.
See, every time you harvest something, you take the nutrients in that item away from the soil, and they go somewhere else. When I put a banana peel in my compost bin, I think (a little gleefully) about how I've just added an exotic, different profile of nutrients to my own property--but I also think about that distant banana plantation that lost tons of nutrients per year to US grocery stores, and I wonder what they replaced those nutrients with.
The farmer across my field grows corn, which gets harvested for feed. Corn is a nitrogen-hungry crop. Every year, that corn sucks up nutrients, which get harvested and shipped away. The farmer, being a conventional farmer, mostly replaces those with a conventional fertilizer. Nitrogen is often applied to fields in the form of ammonia fertilizer, which is made via a process that binds nitrogen in the air with hydrogen from natural gas. This feels like a vast resource, but of course we know it's not inexhaustible and not without cost.
Ideally, said farmer does soil tests and applies a carefully considered amount of ammonia. It is taken up by the growing plants and relatively little is lost. Possibly (often), though, some of the ammonia is leached out via rain and ends up in waterways, where it causes plant overgrowth and algal blooms, which harm the waterways in several ways, and turn those nutrients from a resource into a contaminant.
Meanwhile, the corn is also uptaking a variety of other nutrients from the soil which the commercial fertilizer is NOT replacing. Year by year, those nutrients get shipped off to distant feedlots and depleted in the soil. Eventually, those nutrients are gone from my neighbor's field and, quite possibly, languishing in a manure lagoon somewhere in, say, Indiana, where one can only hope it's properly treated and made into compost. But, you know. Not necessarily.
When I buy compost at the store, it's usually based in either cow manure or "forest products". Hopefully, depending on brand, those forest products MIGHT be collected municipal yard waste. Which is pretty good. Those suburbanites don't want their leaves, I do, win/win.
Except that because those suburbanites raked their yard waste, they now need at some point to fertilize their trees, shrubs, and turf grass. Meanwhile, they've eliminated habitat for the many insects that use leaf litter to either overwinter or reproduce. They may not be counting the costs, but the costs don't stop existing.
The ebb and flow of nutrients is something that, in the current system, goes utterly unregarded by most of the people taking part in the process. Even gardeners bring nutrients onto their soils mostly without thinking about the places those nutrients came from. I think in a sustainable world, that needs to change.
Also probably we need to do a hell of a lot more cover-cropping.
Oh? You want to live alone....not in the middle of nowhere...not somewhere car-dependent....in an area that doesn't make you want to kill yourself?? That's gonna be 4000 bucks a month teehee
Mooching off your bio parents is based because breeders deserve to be sucked dry
i think it is generally true that you can have a bachelors or even masters degree in something and know basically nothing about it.

The thought of my parents sends me into a heterophobic fit of rage
honestly how do parents even live with the guilt i couldn’t imagine making someone and seeing them everyday and knowing i did that to them
