This is so freaking true. I walk 10+ miles a day for my job, and on my days off do choreography for an elementary school. I eat healthy (with the occasional treat) and I’m still a size 16. The only time I was smaller than that was when I was anorexic, yet I still have people ask me if I’m going to try to lose weight again. Um no, I’d prefer to be healthy thanks.
