Nobody wanted to take photos with me, no one asked for me to pose with them for pictures. I got asked to take pictures of them but they never wanted one with me.

My depression trigger is feeling lonely. I just went on a vacation with family, spent a week in a hotel room with three other people and our room was the room everyone hung out in/outside of to smoke. And I’ve been lonely for 90% of this trip.

I haven’t posted in a while, sorry. I’m not super busy or anything but I’ve fallen into a Skyrim-hole and also I recently picked up Blood Gift by Vela Roth as well as finally started watching the first campaign of Critical Role.

In between reading and simultaneously watching Critical Role while gaming, I’ve started world-building and while I’m inspired to do so, I’ve been making little maps and trying to flesh out the history of this make-believe world so I have something to build off of when writing. Even if it doesn’t go anywhere I’m having fun (except on that one day when I spent a lot of time leaning over paper with sharpies and gave myself a major headache, I’ve learned my lesson there).

The past week has absolutely blown by. I was typically awake from like 10 in the morning at the latest to going to sleep at midnight at the earliest, and yet all of my days felt like they were three hours long. Weird.

I honestly spent most of my time watching Critical Role episodes, and world-building.

I’ve got about 25 episodes left of the second campaign of CR, and after that I’m starting the first campaign before watching The Legend of Vox Machina on Amazon Prime.

I made a couple maps, started some notes on the locations, developed some characters and messed with AI to try and create pictures of those characters, editing them afterward. I don’t know if anything will come of this, if I’ll actually write anything, but I’ve gotten farther than I ever did before when trying to create a story.

It’s been a difficult month, mentally. And today (the 18th) everyone left on a family vacation I couldn’t afford to go to due to last minute planning—without even acknowledging my lack of presence. No one said anything like “oh we’ll miss you” or “we wish you could go”.

From the end of March to today (April 13th). There’s a few other entries I haven’t included but it’s just additional lists, a couple sketches for possible future tattoos, and calendar stuff.

I made a list for books coming out that I’m interested in, and I’m so happy that three of these eight books are part of the FBAA series by JLA.
