I loved you the most in the most mundane moments. When you were reading a book, making coffee, calling your mother, sleeping on the airplane. Because love is in the small things, or rather, love shows you that the small things are actually the big things.

Somebody needs to hear this:

In Brazil they don't say "I miss you". They say "I am with saudade for you". Saudade can not be translated, it describes a deep melancholic longing and nostalgia for something or someone that is far away or gone. It often also cares a repressed knowledge that the object of your desire is gone and might not return. It was once also described as "the love that stays". It is maybe one of the most beautiful words.

In german we say "den Kopf in den Wolken haben" (to have the head in the clouds) when somebody is distracted and daydreaming, but also when somebody is naive and idealistic.
