Hahaha, I know this sounds random, but that’s where it all began. I’m not saying I sold myself or fell for him because of a matcha latte—although they are my favorites and I absolutely love them. It’s just that after such a long time, having someone listen to you, pay attention to your likes, and suddenly send you something to your house when you weren’t even friends yet—well, I think we were still in the “becoming friends” stage—really surprised me.

Then it made me realize that something as simple as having small details with someone you genuinely pay attention to can completely brighten their day. That’s what happened to me with him 💚.

During these early morning hours, while I’m lying awake with insomnia, I’ve been writing these lines and realizing that it’s not just that I like him or care about him—I truly love him. I fell in love with him in the most unexpected way possible… the tattooed guy stole my heart, and now I can’t stop thinking about him.

As the song I’m listening to says, you’re almost the perfect man. Of course, I say “almost” because nobody can be perfect unless they’re a robot, hahaha.

And if one day you happen to read this post, I want you to know that you are a very important person to me, and I’m grateful that you came into my life and taught me that I deserve to be treated like a queen.

You make life feel lighter without ever trying to. In the quiet ways no one notices, you carry burdens before they ever reach my hands, and somehow love has become the easiest place I know because of you.

I love you not for grand gestures, but for the man you are when no one is looking. You have loved me so gently that you’ve undone every wall I once believed would protect me. Now I am vulnerable in ways I never imagined—because you are the only person who could break my heart simply by holding it.

If I have one wish, it is that life keeps choosing us, over and over, until there is no more life left to live. Because after everything this world could offer, I have learned that my home was never a place.
